Job Description
- Greet and assist patients at the front desk, by phone, WhatsApp, email and walk-in.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments accurately.
- Handle general inquiries regarding services, doctors, procedures, and clinic policies.
- Coordinate patient flow and liaise with clinical teams.
- Manage billing, payments, and documentation related to patient visits.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with PDPA requirements at all times.
- Assist in compiling daily reports, forms, and follow-up calls when needed.
- Provide administrative and management support.
- Provide patient counseling and education.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- To be in charge or assist in certain project/s as and when directed by the management.
- Support clinic operations during peak hours and participate in training as assigned.
- Handle complaints or feedback professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Assisting fellow colleagues and performing any other duties as assigned by the Medical Director or Management.
Requirements
- Proactive and willingness to learn.
- Quick learner and Team worker.
- Dynamic, independent, reliable and responsible.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the added advantage of fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Multi-tasking.
- Experience in healthcare industry
- 1-2 years experience in a Customer Service role.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
