• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Update and maintain production planning records and ERP/MRP system.
• Monitor production progress and follow up on work orders.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and QA to ensure smooth production flow.
• Check material availability before production release.
• Follow up on shortages, delays, and reschedule production when required.
• Issue and distribute production orders to relevant departments.
• Monitor customer delivery schedules and prioritize urgent orders.
• Prepare planning, production, and delivery reports.
• Maintain accurate planning documents and filing.
• Support stock planning and inventory control activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Planning Supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma or SPM with relevant working experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in Production Planning, Planning Clerk, Production Control, or Manufacturing Administration.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing is preferred.
• Familiar with ERP/MRP systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.

Pay: From RM9,999.00 per month
