Job Summary

Responsible for performing physical stock counts, ensuring accurate inventory records, and supporting cycle count activities in the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily physical stock counting and cycle count activities.
• Ensure accurate counting and recording of inventory quantities.
• Assist in blind counts and stock verification activities.
• Report and highlight any stock discrepancies to supervisor.
• Support stock reconciliation between physical count and system records.
• Ensure goods are properly handled during counting to avoid damage.
• Assist warehouse team in inventory checking and mapping exercises.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of counting area.
• Comply with warehouse SOPs, safety guidelines, and company procedures.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations or inventory counting is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
• Good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Responsible, disciplined, and a good team player.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and stakeholders.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
