Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, check, and maintain daily documentation such as invoices, delivery orders, forms, and internal records
- Perform accurate data entry into company systems and spreadsheets
- File, organize, and maintain both physical and digital documents in an orderly manner
- Photocopy, scan, and distribute documents to relevant departments when required
- Track and update document status to ensure completeness and proper follow-up
- Support administrative tasks including reports compilation and document submission
- Assist internal departments with documentation requests and clarifications
- Ensure documents comply with company procedures and confidentiality standards
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Good attention to detail and filing accuracy
- Ability to organize documents systematically
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions
- Basic communication skills in Mandarin, English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
Preferred Skills
- Experience in administrative or documentation work
- Familiarity with office filing systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
