This role will be hired under the property development arm of the OSK Group, namely OSK Property Holdings Berhad.
OSK Property is responsible for property development and project execution, primarily for developments within the OSK Group, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use project.
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to support our project team in the day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks for ongoing development projects.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN :
- Act as the administration point of contact between the executives and internal/ external clients.
- Attend to all types of correspondence. Sort and distribute incoming mail and record outgoing mail.
- Schedule appointments and meetings and ensure proper notification is given.
- Answer, screen and direct incoming calls and make outgoing calls for the department.
- Set up and maintain a proper and accurate filing and record system.
- Compile reports and submit to various departments and other relevant authorities.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Arrange office stationeries for the department and maintain office equipment of the department.
- Photostat, fax and distribute memos/ documents to relevant departments.
- To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :
- Minimum STPM/ Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management or any related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in administrative support, preferably within a project team or a Joint Management Body (JMB).
- Good knowledge of project documentation, filing systems, and basic contract administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with project coordination tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
- Fresh graduates with strong administrative and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
