Requirements

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, and basic accounting functions
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Responsible, meticulous, and able to follow instructions closely

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations (AP, AR, data entry)
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and supporting documents
• Manage month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting for a group of companies
• Maintain proper documentation and filing system
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
