Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations and handle price enquiries
Assist in handling documentation and coordination for government and company-related procedures
Liaise with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth workflow
Support general office and ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering or technical background preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
Possess a valid driving license
