Responsibilities:
Provide L1 first-line support for trading platforms, including Fidessa (institutional) and Moomoo mobile trading system during HK market hours.

Monitor system performance, respond to user tickets, and perform basic troubleshooting for traders, sales teams, and internal users.

Handle daily health checks, incident logging, and escalation of complex issues to L2/L3 teams.

Assist with user onboarding, access management, and basic configuration on trading systems.

Support system upgrades, patches, and release activities.

Collaborate closely with traders, middle/back office, and vendors to resolve operational issues quickly.

Document common problems and maintain knowledge base for the team.

Ensure high availability and smooth operation of trading systems.

Requirements:
3–8 years of experience in financial IT or trading system support (securities/brokerage preferred).

Hands-on experience with Fidessa or similar Order Management Systems (strong advantage).

Experience supporting trading platforms (OMS, DMA, or mobile trading apps).

Good understanding of HK equity, derivatives, and retail trading workflows.

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Able to work in a fast-paced, market-hour environment.

Desirable:
Experience with mobile trading applications (Moomoo or similar).

Knowledge of FIX protocol, Bloomberg, or other trading tools.

Basic Python/VBA or monitoring tools experience is a plus.
