岗位职责
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with daily operational activities such as data entry, tracking, documentation, and reporting
Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to support decision-making.
Prepare basic reports, dashboards, and summaries by using Excel or other tools.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of operational records.
Support ongoing projects focused on process optimization or digitalization.
Handle customer enquiries and conduct market research.
Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation control.
Support ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Operations Manager or team leads.
Skills & Requirements:
Current full‑time bachelor’s degree student (logistics-related preferred but not required)
Good written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills
Strong sense of responsibility
Positive and objective thinking with good working attitude
Able to commit a 12-month internship
