Job Description
- Lead the development and evolution of brand identity systems across multiple platforms
- Translate complex business and data concepts into compelling visual narratives
- Design scalable assets including marketing materials, templates, and digital touchpoints
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging
- Present and defend design rationale to senior stakeholders with confidence
- Mentor junior designers and uplift overall creative capability within the team
- Oversee end-to-end creative production with strong attention to detail and timelines
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience in brand design within agencies or complex organisations
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, storytelling, and visual consistency
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and digital design environments
- Ability to balance creative thinking with commercial and business objectives
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
