Job Summary

You will lead requirement analysis, system enhancement, and solution design for core banking projects, driving scalable, low-risk innovations. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely, quality delivery aligned with business and regulatory needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data using SQL, Excel, or BI tools to validate business requirements and support informed decision-making
• Map current and future business processes using BPMN or similar frameworks to identify improvement opportunities
• Identify automation opportunities through workflow tools, RPA, or rule engines to enhance operational efficiency
• Advise and implement new processes for product engineering applications, leveraging experience in PLWs
• Apply SDLC and Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN) to manage project delivery effectively
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications to guide development teams
• Interpret system logs and perform data analysis to troubleshoot and optimize systems
• Utilize APIs, microservices, and integration patterns to design robust system solutions
• Use Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps to facilitate collaboration and track progress
• Propose innovative, scalable solutions that minimize operational and delivery risks
• Lead and coordinate requirement analysis, system enhancements, and solution design for core banking projects
• Act as liaison among business users, internal teams, and vendors to manage project development, testing, migration, user training, and production releases
• Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure clarity on requirements and impact analysis
• Document change logs diligently, provide project status updates, and escalate issues to project leads promptly
• Support end-to-end implementation of system changes, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Ensure system solutions comply with business needs and regulatory requirements
