Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality applications and services.
• Build scalable, reliable, and secure solutions using modern software engineering practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers.
• Review code, mentor junior engineers, and promote engineering best practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps, and automation initiatives.
• Leverage modern development tools and practices to improve engineering productivity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java application development.
• Experience building and supporting production systems; production support experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability.
• Experience with modern backend frameworks such as Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to drive tasks independently.
