Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based in Johor Baharu. The Electrical Engineer will design, review, and implement electrical systems for facilities, including power distribution and control systems, in line with local regulations and company standards. The role includes preparing technical drawings and documentation, performing load calculations, and coordinating with project managers, contractors, and other engineers to ensure timely and accurate project delivery. The Electrical Engineer will conduct inspections, troubleshoot electrical issues, and support maintenance activities to enhance reliability and safety. The position also involves participating in risk assessments, supporting energy efficiency initiatives, and providing technical guidance to colleagues and clients.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering, Electricity, and understanding of electrical codes and standards.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Design and Power Distribution for building and industrial facilities.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Power Systems, including analysis, protection, and system reliability.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Experience with CAD and electrical design software, and familiarity with Malaysian electrical regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, perform calculations, and prepare clear reports and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
