Contract Opportunity
Banking/ Fintech exposure is must
Must bring along experience of supporting 2 or more business heads
RESPONSIBILITIES-
Managing Outlook Calendar, schedule meetings and appointments.
Screen and direct phone calls.
Travel arrangement and expense claim processing.
Writing of meeting minutes during management meetings.
Coordinate events, Townhalls and brown bags sessions as and when required.
Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of IT resources from end to end on a timely manner.
Management of desks and lockers for the IT Organization.
Updating of department Organization Chart.
Support invoice processing and ensure compliance with IT financial governance process and accounting policies.
Oversee month-end time booking for management members.
REQUIREMENTS
More than 5 years of experience as a personal assistant or admin assistant.
Strong organizational skills and able to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Calendar, excel and PPT
