Role Description The IT Asset Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for managing the lifecycle of all IT assets across the organization. This includes maintaining accurate records of hardware and software inventories, tracking asset assignments, and ensuring compliance with licensing and organizational policies. The role involves coordinating asset procurement, receiving, deployment, relocation, and disposal in line with standards and budget guidelines. The IT Asset Administrator will work closely with IT, finance, and operations teams to support audits, optimize asset utilization, and prepare regular reports on asset status and usage. The position also includes handling asset-related service requests, assisting with vendor coordination, and contributing to continuous improvement of asset management processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in IT asset tracking, inventory management, and lifecycle management of hardware and software.
  • Proficiency with asset management tools, spreadsheets, and documentation systems for accurate record keeping and reporting.
  • Knowledge of software licensing, compliance requirements, and basic IT infrastructure concepts.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple asset-related tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with IT, finance, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in IT asset administration, IT support, or related operations roles is preferred.
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Singapore and support occasional after-hours activities during asset rollouts or audits.
