Orapi Maintenance Asia, part of the GPO Group, is a leading provider of speciality chemicals for professional hygiene and industrial maintenance. Present in more than 150 countries, we are expanding our Industrial Division and are looking for ambitious and energetic individuals to join our team.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Export Coordinator based in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage order processing and shipment planning.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo when required.
• Prepare shipping documentation in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Support the sales team with quotations, inventory checks, and sample arrangements.
• Coordinate logistics activities to ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer service and supply chain issues promptly.
• Coordinate export and logistics activities for Singapore and Malaysia operations, including occasional travel between both countries for training and business support purposes.
• Verify monthly invoices from freight forwarders and logistics service providers.
• Manage relationships with overseas distributors and coordinate export activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Experience in export, logistics, customer service, or supply chain coordination.
• Knowledge of international shipping documentation and export procedures.
• Experience handling Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments is an advantage.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficient in English; additional Asian languages are an advantage.
