We are looking for a Full Stack Developer - Node Js. to join our fast‑paced digital agency. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of web platforms, microsites, campaign tools, and digital products for a diverse portfolio of clients.

You will work closely with project managers, designers, strategists, and cross‑functional teams to turn creative concepts into robust, scalable digital experiences. This role requires strong technical ownership, the ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects, and a solutions‑driven mindset typical of an agency setting.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Project Delivery Collaborate with account managers, PMs, and clients to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Provide technical input during pitches, proposals, and estimation phases.

Participate in client-facing discussions where technical clarity, feasibility, and timelines must be communicated effectively.

Frontend Engineering

Develop responsive, high‑performance interfaces using React and Next.js.

Build SEO‑friendly experiences using SSR, SSG, ISR depending on project needs.

Ensure pixel‑perfect implementation of creative designs and brand guidelines.

Work with designers to refine interaction patterns, micro‑animations, and user journeys.

Backend & API Development

Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js.

Implement authentication, authorization, and CMS integrations common in modern web builds.

Create reusable backend modules for rapid development across client projects.

Integrate third‑party APIs, payment gateways, marketing tools, analytics, CRM systems, etc.

CMS & Content Platform Implementation

Work extensively with headless CMS platforms such as WordPress (Headless), Strapi, or Payload.

Design flexible content models that empower editorial and marketing teams.

Implement preview modes, caching, and dynamic rendering strategies tailored to campaign needs.

Database, Hosting & Infrastructure

Manage relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).

Optimize cloud deployments on AWS, GCP, Vercel, or DigitalOcean, depending on client infrastructure.

Work with containerized environments and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles.

Engineering Operations & Collaboration

Work in rapid sprint cycles, supporting multiple projects concurrently.

Ensure code quality, maintainability, and reuse across projects.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal engineering standards.

Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and production-level support for client platforms.

Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, React, Next.js, and JavaScript (ES6+).

Experience building and maintaining production-ready APIs.

Strong database fundamentals (SQL + NoSQL).

Experience with headless CMS implementations.

Familiarity with analytics tools (GA, GTM, Chartbeat).
