Responsibilities



Prepare engineering drawings including P&IDs, isometric drawings, general arrangements (GA), and pipe support details using AutoCAD.


Develop and maintain 3D models of pipelines, equipment, and metering skids for design review and clash detection.


Perform drawing quality checks to ensure compliance with project standards and revision control.


Manage project document control via Google Drive, including registering, tracking, and distributing drawings.


Handle Excavation Application Portal submissions and prepare pipeline drawings for third-party contractors.


Update drawings based on engineering changes and red-line markups, and manage as-built documentation.


Liaise with engineers to resolve design issues and prepare document status reports and transmittals.


Compile and archive final project documentation for handover.



Requirements


Diploma / Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Design, or related field.

2–3 years of drafting experience, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical, or energy sectors.

Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and EDMS platforms (e.g. Aconex, Google Drive).

Good knowledge of process piping and E&I systems.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
