We are looking for suitable candidates to join our team at JOLLIBEE MALAYSIA in LAKEFIELD SUNGAI BESI

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree or
• Minimum 2 years in restaurant/hospitality management (supervisor or assistant manager level)
• QSR or fast food experience strongly preferred
• Good understanding of food safety, inventory control and cash management
• Strong leadership, energetic and result driven
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Pleasant personality with ability to work indepently

Responsibility

• Maintain business records as outlined in the Jollibee operations manual
• Take full operational control during shifts, managing crew members and ensuring smooth service during peak hours
• Monitor sales, control costs, manage cash handling, and contribute to hitting restaurant targets
• Maintain our CORE VALUES (Customer Focus, Speed with excellence, Humility to listen and learn, spirit of family and fun, integrity)
• Handle inventory ordering, staff scheduling, daily reporting and maintain food safety compliance

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
