Project Manager (IT / Software)Job Description
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of software projects from initiation to completion.
- Define the project scope in collaboration with senior management and develop detailed work plans that identify and sequence project activities.
- Ensure the requirements gathering process is carried out effectively and that project requirements are confirmed according to schedule.
- Oversee project implementation and execute the project according to the approved project plan.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion.
- Establish a communication plan to keep stakeholders, business users, and internal teams informed of project progress.
- Review the quality of work completed by the project team regularly to ensure it meets project standards.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
- Evaluate project outcomes against the objectives established during the planning phase.
- Work closely with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
- Candidate who is able to read and communicate in Arabic will have an added advantage.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, process modelling, and documentation.
- Knowledge and experience in stakeholder engagement.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in project management or related field.
