Job Description

• Arrange incoming and outgoing shipments for importation and exportation.
• Assist source and compare costing for logistics.
• Assist source and compare costing for shipments.
• Arrange logistics and truck for outgoing goods.
• Liaise with customer for shipments update.
• Able to do and handle application for ePCO such as Form D, From AI, etc
• Handle customs declaration such as K1, K2, LMW, SST related issues.
• Any ad hocs.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Proven experience as a Shipping Clerk, Logistics Assistant, or similar role (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of shipping documentation and logistics procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and inventory systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
