Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the Company's daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor and improve operational processes, workflows, and service quality.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
• Support Directors with daily operational matters when required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field.
• Good organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
