Job Title: Manager

We are looking for an energetic, people-oriented, and highly capable Manager who can help create a workplace that feels alive, positive, organized, and fun — while also managing key projects and making sure important work gets done.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key company projects and ensure they are completed on time.
• Coordinate people, resources, timelines, and follow-ups across different teams.
• Keep projects organized, moving, and aligned with management’s goals.
• Build a positive, fun, and engaging workplace environment.
• Interact closely with team members and make people feel heard, valued, and supported.
• Bring energy, warmth, and life into the workplace.
• Organize team activities, bonding sessions, celebrations, and internal events.
• Help create a workplace where people enjoy coming to work.
• Support management in improving morale, communication, and team productivity.
• Follow up on internal tasks, project updates, and team matters.
• Identify issues early and help resolve them in a calm, fair, and practical way.
• Motivate and encourage team members to perform at their best.
• Support onboarding and make new team members feel welcomed.
• Act as a trusted bridge between employees, departments, and management.

• Experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring work gets completed.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
