About the role

We are recruiting for an Analyst to join our Office Services team and to support the team in providing tenant advisory and office leasing solutions to occupier clients. The role involves market research, client support, transaction coordination, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze office leasing trends, availability, and rental benchmarks.
• Support client presentations, proposals, and leasing recommendations.
• Assist in sourcing office space options and coordinating property viewings.
• Support lease negotiations and transaction documentation.
• Maintain client, property, and transaction databases.
• Attend client meetings and industry networking events.
• Assist with business development initiatives and revenue generation activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• CEA license holder or willing to obtain a license.
• Self-motivated, client-focused, and a strong team player.
