We are looking for an experienced Analog Layout Design Engineer with strong expertise in custom IC layout, physical verification, and advanced semiconductor technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the layout design of analog, digital, and mixed-signal integrated circuits (ICs).
- Collaborate with circuit designers to understand design requirements, constraints, and performance targets.
- Perform floorplanning, device placement, routing, and layout optimization for performance, area, and manufacturability.
- Execute physical verification including DRC, LVS, ERC, and Reliability Verification (RV).
- Optimize layouts for matching, parasitic effects, shielding, and noise isolation.
- Plan and manage layout schedules, deliverables, and project milestones.
- Conduct layout design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Work closely with foundry partners to ensure compliance with process design rules and manufacturing standards.
- Develop and maintain layout methodologies and design guidelines.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Layout Design.
- Strong expertise in Cadence Virtuoso and industry-standard EDA tools (Mentor Graphics/Siemens EDA preferred).

- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and foundry design rules.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience mentoring layout engineers is an advantage.
