Job Title: Graduate Assistant (September, 2026 Intake)
Focus Area: Cyber-physical Intelligence for Resilient, Sustainable and Regenerative Systems
Application Date: 1 July 2026 - 19 August 2028
Qualifications:
- Strong (CGPA 3.3 or above) academic background in engineering, science, technology, or computing, preferably with ongoing or completed postgraduate studies (Master’s or PhD).
- Demonstrated research capabilities, including literature review, data collection, data analysis, and preparation of research reports or publications.
- Proficiency in academic writing and communication, with the ability to present ideas clearly in written and oral formats.
- Competence in relevant digital tools and software (e.g., office productivity suites, research databases, data analysis tools, or discipline-specific software).
- Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks, meet deadlines, and support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset and interpersonal skills to work with faculty members, researchers, and students in a diverse, multicultural environment.
- Commitment to ethical research practices, continuous learning, and alignment with UTP’s values in sustainability, innovation, and academic excellence.
- Prior experience in teaching assistance, laboratory work, or research projects is an advantage but not mandatory
