Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong expertise in AI development, Azure DevOps, and Databricks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions, multi-agent orchestration, and production-grade Python applications within an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and AI solutions.

- Build and support agentic AI implementations with multi-agent communication and orchestration.

- Develop and optimize applications using Databricks (DBx).

- Work with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and release management.

- Implement memory management strategies for AI agent development.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production applications, including logging and performance tuning.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and production support activities.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Azure DevOps.

- Hands-on experience with Databricks (DBx).

- Experience building Agentic AI solutions.

- Strong knowledge of multi-agent orchestration and communication.

- Experience implementing memory management for AI agents.

- Exposure to production support, including logging, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
