Job Title: SAP Project Manager

Role Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP implementation, transformation, enhancement, and support projects across various SAP solutions. The role requires strong project management expertise, stakeholder engagement, and coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SAP projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to deployment and post-go-live support.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, business stakeholders, and project teams.

• Coordinate closely with SAP functional, technical, integration, and testing teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.

• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design workshops, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, and go-live activities.

• Monitor project progress and proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, methodologies, and documentation requirements.

• Provide regular project status reports, executive updates, and steering committee presentations.

• Manage scope changes, resource planning, and project financials.

• Support organizational change management, user training, knowledge transfer, and hypercare activities.

• Foster strong client relationships and drive stakeholder satisfaction throughout project delivery. 

SAP Experience:

Experience managing projects involving one or more SAP solutions, including:

• SAP S/4HANA

• SAP ECC

• SAP SuccessFactors

• SAP Ariba

• SAP Concur

• SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• SAP Customer Experience (CX)

• SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM)

• SAP Human Capital Management (HCM)

• SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO)

• SAP Materials Management (MM)

• SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Page 1

• SAP Production Planning (PP)

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management, with exposure to SAP projects and programs.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, or transformation projects.

• Strong understanding of SAP project delivery methodologies and best practices.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholder groups.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong planning, budgeting, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in any relevant SAP solution.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.

• Experience with global or multi-country SAP implementations.

• Knowledge of SAP integrations, data migration, and testing strategies.

• Experience working in consulting, system integration, or enterprise IT environments.
