Job Summary

Kamdar Sdn Bhd is looking for a proactive and organized Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning product assortment, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring products are available to meet customer demand. Successful candidates will be assigned to a department based on their experience, skills, and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor inventory levels for your assigned department.
• Coordinate stock replenishment with stores and the warehouse.
• Analyze sales trends and recommend stock replenishment or markdowns.
• Ensure products are displayed according to company merchandising standards.
• Monitor fast-selling and slow-moving items.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal departments on product availability.
• Prepare merchandising and sales reports.
• Assist with seasonal launches, promotions, and new product introductions.
• Conduct store visits when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• Experience in merchandising or retail is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
