岗位职责

AnAdministration Manager oversees daily office operations, manages administrativestaff, and ensures smooth workflows, handling tasks like budgeting, policyimplementation, staff training, procurement, and maintaining efficient officesystems, ensuring all administrative functions support the organization'sstrategic goals

. They focus onoptimizing processes, controlling costs, and maintaining compliance withcompany policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise administrative teams.
  • Office Operations: Manage daily office activities, facilities, equipment, and supplies.
  • Process Improvement: Develop, implement, and streamline administrative policies and procedures for better efficiency.
  • Budget & Finance: Oversee administrative budgets, expenses, payroll, and resource allocation.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports, memos, and business correspondence. 

EssentialSkills & Qualifications

Leadership& Organization: Strongability to lead, multitask, and organize in a fast-paced environment.

Communication: Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues andimplement solutions.

TechnicalProficiency: Knowledgeof IT systems to enhance productivity.

Education: Often requires a bachelor'sdegree in business or related fields, with relevant managementexperience.
