Join our growing team as a Construction Site Supervisor to lead daily site operations, coordinate workers and materials, and ensure safety and quality workmanship on active project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily construction site activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project timelines
• Coordinate and supervise workers, materials, and equipment to optimize productivity and resource use
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all site personnel
• Monitor workmanship quality to meet company standards and client expectations
• Resolve site issues promptly by applying strong problem-solving skills to minimize delays and risks
• Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders to align site activities with project goals
