We are looking for intern(s) to join our Data Analytics & AI Department, supporting our Operations team in automation, data analysis, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.

The Selected Intern(s) Will Assist In Following

• Enhancement of automation (Python) scripts developed by past interns for DNA-PMO, ensuring the scripts are maintained to keep up to date with our processes.
• Develop or enhance tracking reports for project budget utilization, funding claims, performance scorecards, invoicing processing & claims, and other reporting as needed, to provide useful insights to Finance, Project Teams and Stakeholders.
• Support on procurement processes for new contracts or renewals.
• Support in initiatives (e.g. Agentic AI) aimed at automation, improving processes, and/or streamlining administrative/ clerical/manual works within the department, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
• Support on tasks assigned by RO as needed, e.g. organizing department events such as town hall, data preparation for polling, etc."
  
  
  

About You

• Undergraduate currently in Year 2 or Year 3, pursuing in Applied Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline.
• Possess strong analytical skill and able to work under tight timelines.
• Innovative, proactive and a multi-tasker with an inquisitive mind.
• Good team player with strong communication skills with project teams, stakeholders, senior management, and contractors including both technical and non-technical personnel. 
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to reimagine the future of HealthTech.
• Knowledge of foundational Statistical and Data Mining techniques.
• Knowledge in various databases (SQL/PL/SQL Query, etc) and programming such as R and/or Python.
• Strong interest in uncovering patterns in underlying complex datasets.
• Possess data intuition and curiosity to learn and master application of new techniques on diverse real-word data, and a tenacity to solve problems when encountering new unknown scenarios.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
