About the role

WB HEALTH AND BEAUTY SDN. BHD. is seeking a dedicated and driven Pharmacist Assistant to join our team in Alor Setar Kedah. As a Pharmacist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring the smooth running of our pharmacy operations. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the healthcare industry.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting pharmacists with the preparation and dispensing of medications

• Hit monthly sales target, hit commission tiers (salary is basic+Commission+OT+ EPF + performance bonus)

• Attend training

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Answering customer inquiries and providing basic health advice

• Ordering and stocking pharmaceutical supplies

• Ensuring the pharmacy environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations

• Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with patients

What we're looking for

• Diploma and above, relevant education is preferable

• Willing to undergo pharmacist assistant training

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in using computer systems and pharmacy software

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Passion for healthcare and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care
