Job description
- Engage with provided clients and leads to build strong, lasting relationships
- Understand client needs and provide solutions that add value
- Follow up and maintain trust through consistent communication
- Support and contribute to marketing campaigns and business development initiatives
- Manage projects with growing independence while receiving guidance and training.
Comprehensive and professional training will be provided (12 weeks)
Responsibilities
* Responsible for updating the clients' accounts and preparing statements & transaction advice.
* Assist in monthly calculation of investment return and distribution of payouts to clients/investors.
* Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of documents.
* Handle client inquiries, provide recommendations based on the client's financial needs, and address concerns in a professional manner
