E-Commerce Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Customer Enquiries & Sales Conversion
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries across various online platforms.

  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations.

  • Follow up on enquiries and sales leads to maximize conversion opportunities.

  • Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Sales Performance & Analytics
  • Monitor and track sales performance against assigned targets.

  • Analyze key performance metrics, including conversion rates, Return on Investment (ROI), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

  • Prepare regular reports and provide insights on sales performance and campaign effectiveness.

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and customer acquisition strategies.

Lead Generation & Growth Initiatives
  • Research, test, and implement new sales channels, platforms, and lead-generation opportunities.

  • Explore innovative sales funnels and customer acquisition strategies to increase leads and revenue.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize customer journeys and improve sales outcomes.

  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, consumer behavior, and emerging digital platforms.

Platform Management
  • Manage customer interactions across e-commerce marketplaces, social media platforms, messaging channels, and company websites.

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date product, pricing, and promotional information where applicable.

  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance data.

Requirements
  • SPM, STPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field. Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.

  • Experience in e-commerce, online sales, digital marketing, customer service, or a related role is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and performance goals.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, digital advertising platforms, or sales tools is an advantage.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to explore new ideas and opportunities for business growth.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or equivalent productivity tools.
