Key Responsibilities
Lead property development projects from planning approval, design, and budgeting through construction, CCC, handover, and DLP.
Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure timely approvals and project delivery.
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, cost, and schedule to achieve project objectives.
Prepare and manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost controls.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Manage project risks, variations, claims, and contract administration.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth project execution and handover.
Prepare regular project reports and updates for management.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in property development, construction, or project management.
Strong knowledge of development processes, authority submissions, contracts, and project delivery.
Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in data centre, industrial, commercial, or mixed-development projects is an added advantage.
