About the role
Domiron Tec Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and organised Admin Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. As an Admin Executive, you will be the backbone of our office operations, providing essential support to ensure efficiency, organisation and seamless day-to-day activities across the organisation. This role is instrumental in maintaining our professional standards and supporting the broader business objectives of Domiron Tec Sdn Bhd.
Key responsibilities
Managing and maintaining office equipment, supplies and inventory, ensuring all resources are available and functional
Coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments and managing calendars for senior staff members
Preparing, formatting and distributing business correspondence, reports and documentation
Handling incoming and outgoing communications via post, email and telephone
Maintaining filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of important documents
Processing expense claims, invoices and other financial documentation
Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff members
Supporting human resources functions, including maintaining personnel records and assisting with recruitment processes
Organising and coordinating office events, facilities and special projects as required
Liaising with external vendors and service providers on behalf of the organisation

What we're looking for
Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, ideally within a corporate or professional environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with professional proficiency
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Professional demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills when working with colleagues at all levels
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or accounting principles is advantageous
Malaysian work permit or citizenship required
