B)      Duties and Responsibilities

1.  Manage and lead IT Department, provide operational support and strategic planning.

2.  Manage the implementation, deployment, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT, business software, Communication and Security systems, including licenses and service agreements.

3.  Manage IT resources and infrastructure, such as server administration, network operations and configuration, backup/recovery and database administration, etc and including purchasing and budgeting.

4.  Plan and manage projects and allocation of resources.

5.  Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, MIS documentation.

6.  To design, establish and maintain shop floor system with operation team and customer.

7.  To bring the company to the latest IT platform within the specified budget for industry competitive edge.

8.  To enhance the factory process through system integration and automation.

9. To in-charge and drive for continuously improvement for Information Technology Department for both factory.

Qualification and Working Experience

1.   Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology with minimum 5 years working experience.

2.  Wide exposure to current software, hardware or new tools that can help in any process.

3.   Good communication skills in all levels and committed to upgrading of knowledge and skills.

4. Able to work independently.
