About Krafter

Krafter is a fast-growing e-commerce company behind trusted consumer brands, with a strong focus on sustainable products. As we expand across TikTok Shop and Shopee, we're hiring a TikTok E-Commerce & Live Operations Executive to join our growing team.

• Plan, host, and execute TikTok Shop and Shopee livestream sessions

• Create and edit short-form video content for TikTok and related platforms

• Support online sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches

• Review livestream performance and refine strategies based on data and audience response

• Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars and creative direction

Requirements

We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce or livestreaming, strong communication skills, and hands-on familiarity with TikTok, CapCut, and short video content creation. Own laptop and stable internet required. Occasional office visits to our Mount Austin (JB) or Ara Damansara (PJ) offices.
