岗位职责
Responsible for technical and administrative support activities including installation, testing, commissioning, repair, retrofit, modifications, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, engineering change upgrades, etc.
Maintain accurate records and systems, while coordinating with engineering and design teams to resolve technical issues and support continuous product improvement.
Manage customer relationships and deliver high-quality services to enhance excellence and customer satisfaction.
Respond promptly and professionally to technical service inquiries, ensuring accurate and customer-focused support.
Identify and isolate equipment start-up issues and implement corrective actions.
Provide on-the-job training to customers and dealers on equipment operation and maintenance responsibilities.
Represent the company in customer support and ensure satisfaction with equipment performance and service quality.
Prepare daily work logs and reports, manage workflow documentation, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze complex engineering problems and offer effective resolutions.
Liaise with engineering teams, project engineers, and client to support and service delivery.
Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Product teams to support project and service objectives.
Emphasize ESH compliance and participate in periodic required safety training.
Ensure tools are calibrated and maintained in valid working condition.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
Valid driver's license with willingness to travel
Strong active listening and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure
Maintains professionalism in challenging situations
Demonstrates strong work ethic and a growth mindset
