Requirements and Job Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree at least 2 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified

• Completed degree from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis

• Ability to plan, create, program and manage complex statistical computer databases

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and inwriting

• Ability to apply a range of standard statistical techniques in support of scientific research studies and /or experiments

• Ability to process computer data and to format and generate reports

• Ability to analyze and interpret statistical data

• Knowledge of programming logic and codes

• Plans and documents computer data file structure, develops, programs, manages, and maintains complex statistical databases, performs or supervises data entry

• Selects data samples, prepare questionnaires and surveys, and conducts logic checks to maintain data quality

• Uses existing statistical software and a variety of established statistical methods together, analyze, and interpret research data to derive useful information for research studies

• Formats data, and develops and prepares reports, charts, tables, and other related document and graphic

• Participates with other statisticians in the development of statistical methodology, study design, and data analysis

Job Type: Full Time

Salary

RM 2,500 to RM 3,500 (Depending of working experience)
