- Prepare project proposal including budget, ROI, flowchart, layout& schedule

- Design and calculate based on technical requirements including drawing

- Prepare project documents and reports.

- Responsible as a Project Coordinator & Person in Charge for assigned projects

- Monitor & control project progress and update project schedule within budget & deadline

- Monitor all projects to ensure the implementation compliance within the safety regulation.

- To ensure work quality meets the quality standards and timeline.

- Conduct regular project sites inspection to check the quality and accuracy of work comply to the project expectation. Also maintain a good working site condition.

- Work closely with all project team members to ensure project execution as planned until commissioning& handover.

- Liaise with all relevant parties include owner& other sections to ensure proper & smooth system integration project execution.

- Report to superior on all the jobs assigned in regular basis.

- To perform any duties assigned from time to time in alignment to company goals and objectives.

- To execute machinery inspection, part collection, site visit, installation outside factory area such as foundry, workshop, branch office, branch factory, customer site and etc or any jobs related to work which instructed by Manager.

- To perform other tasks assigned by superior from time to time in aligned with company’s objective and goals.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• prefer to have experiences in manufacturing, construction, M&E, oil & gas, utilities, or industrial projects (depending on industry).

• Understanding of project execution, installation, testing, and commissioning.

• Experience in project planning, execution, and coordination with contractors and suppliers.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
