About the role

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this full-time Maintenance Technician role at J.K. Wire Harness Sdn. Bhd. is based in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the company's production equipment and facilities.

What you'll be doing

1. To ensure machines and applicators are in good working condition.

2. To do repair work if machine or applicator cannot operate.

3. To perform maintenance per schedule.

4. To inform superior on machine problem.

5. To ensure safety at all time during working

6. Responsible for housekeeping in work place.

7. To perform preventive and predictive maintenance.

8. Helping superior to increase machine and productivity.

9. Updating machine or applicator records.

What we're looking for

1. Diploma or Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field

2. At least 1 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment

3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and diagrams

5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

7. Familiarity with preventative maintenance practices and procedures
