Company Overview
The Waterfront Shoppes of The Light City is the highlight of the masterplan. Located right at the waterfront, it offers a mouthwatering array of F&B choices and unique attractions, making it a must-visit destination for locals and tourists alike. As we grow, we’re seeking people to join our team and be part of this exciting retail project.
Job Responsibilities:
· Prepare and issue sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
· Monitor and maintain the accounts receivable ledger; prepare aged debtor reports and highlight overdue balances to the Finance Manager.
· Actively follow up with customers on outstanding invoices via phone, email, and written correspondence to ensure timely collection.
· Handle daily accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.
· Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
· Maintain proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives in financial systems and processes.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
