Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in C# and .NET technologies
• Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, or .NET 8+
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, clean coding principles, and software architecture
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, RESTful services, and microservices architecture
• Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, including performance tuning and query optimization
• Production support experience, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization, is highly preferred
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Angular, or modern JavaScript frameworks) is an advantage
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to DevOps practices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation is a plus
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI coding assistants) is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive ownership mindset
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in agile development teams

• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth
• Support DevOps initiatives and contribute to CI/CD and automation improvements
