Associate degree or above, major in Computer Science, Information Technology or other computer-related technical disciplines.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT operations or technical support.

Capable of independently completing configuration, installation and daily deployment of desktop and network related equipment and systems.

Possess solid fundamental network technology capabilities, able to independently identify, diagnose and resolve common network faults efficiently, and capable of coordinating with senior technical experts to handle complex network abnormal issues.

Demonstrate the ability to develop and utilize batch scripts for process automation.

In-depth knowledge of Windows OS internals, including the Registry, Group Policy (GPO), Services, Event Logs, and command-line (CMD) utilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

Professional skills in scanning, detecting, removing and preventing common computer viruses and malware; proficient in standard information security management processes, compliance specifications and risk prevention knowledge.

Experience in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of enterprise-grade Audio/Visual and Video Conferencing equipment (e.g., Cisco, IBM, HP, etc.).

Proficient in the operation, setting and troubleshooting of mainstream enterprise online conference and collaboration software, including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Tencent Meeting.

Familiarity with Desktop Virtualization technologies.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English; native or fluent command of Cantonese is essential.
