This position is a senior finance leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and overseeing the finance and accounting operations of the Group.

• Manage the Group's finance and accounting functions.

• Prepare financial and management reports.

• Consolidate financial and operational information across Phillip Securities Group entities.

• Maintain strong internal controls and safeguard company assets.

• Ensure compliance with:

  • Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO)

  • Financial Resources Rules (FRR)

  • Regulatory requirements

  • Internal policies and procedures

• Coordinate with:

  • Business units

  • Internal and external auditors

  • Bankers

  • Other stakeholders

• Potential involvement in:

  • Treasury management

  • Group/sub-group consolidation

  • IT and automation projects

  • Process improvement initiatives

• 8–10+ years of experience in:

  • Accounting

  • Finance

  • Auditing

• Preferably with experience in:

  • SFC-licensed corporations/entities

  • Securities or financial services industry

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO)

  • Regulatory reporting under Financial Resources Rules (FRR)

• Company secretarial experience is an advantage.

• Strong technical accounting and regulatory reporting expertise.

• Hands-on experience managing audits and regulatory compliance.

• Able to communicate effectively with senior management and regulators.

• Experience driving process automation and operational improvements.

• Leadership capability with a strong control and risk management mindset.
