• Troubleshoot production issues and provide quick resolution to minimize business impact.

• Assist in designing tools and automation to improve development efficiency and deployment speed.

• Maintain technical documentation for enhancements and system changes.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders for smooth delivery and coordination
