Responsibilities
- Direct sales and follow-up on leads on Event Sales & Facilities usage of the Club including F&B Banquet
- Actively pursue set sales target.
- Develop and implement new effective sales and business strategies/initiatives
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities.
- Closely follow-up with customers for referrals and business contacts
- Create product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Work across internal departments effectively to increase and maximize sales
- Develop and maintain successful relationships with clients/customers
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and reports
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients needs
- Strategic planning and ensure timely execution of overall marketing calendar
- Stay on current market trends and competitive activity
- Develop promotional programmes and managing budget
- Analyse and evaluate effectiveness of each sales
- Manage sales and marketing budget and expenditures
- Other projects and ad-hoc activities
Job Requirement:
- Min 2 years in direct sales / account management/sales experiences with a proven track record
- Self-motivated, desire to excel and enthusiastic
- People management skills
- Good flair in product creation, sales performance and meet financial targets
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet targets
- Creativity and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, driven and enthusiastic
- Ability to be a team player
- Budget awareness and good business sense
