We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, networks, and other IT equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Perform device setup, operating system installation, and software configuration.
• Support Microsoft Windows environments and Office applications.
• Replace or upgrade hardware components when required.
• Document support activities, incidents, and resolutions.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary.
• Follow company IT policies and security procedures.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned support tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support, desktop support, or help desk roles.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and peripheral devices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites if required.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
